Land warns of political element in Martin case

Southern Baptist ethicist Richard Land warned of a political element surrounding the Trayvon Martin killing, saying President Obama and black leaders should not have been so quick to jump into the case. Land’s comments on his radio show drew criticism from a black Florida Baptist church planter who said Land’s statements misrepresent the current state of race relations within the Southern Baptist Convention.
