Peru a las Naciones (Peru to the Nations) is beginning to prepare believers to enter the mission field. The Peruvian Baptist organization graduated the first class last September to complete its year-long training program. “We always knew there was more than just accepting the Lord,” said Adalia Garcia* who with her husband Diego* (names changed) are headed to the Middle East. “Before, it was the North Americans going. But now, there’s such a resistance to North Americans . We feel like we can go. It’s time for the Latin Americans.”
