Cincinnati-area Lakota Hills Baptist Church and its pastor, Travis Smalley, have a vision for planting churches. But with a debt stretching beyond $1.3 million since its founding in 1967, Lakota Hills is using a loan from the North American Mission Board’s Church Finance Ministry to free up funds for starting new churches in Ohio and then nationally and internationally.
