Exodus 23 – Laws and God’s Promise

God gives final instructions about justice, mercy, and treatment of strangers, the poor, and enemies.

Israel is commanded to keep the Sabbaths and feasts.

God promises to send His angel before them to guide and protect them into the Promised Land, warning them not to follow the gods of the nations.
Exodus 24 – Covenant Confirmed

Moses reads the Book of the Covenant to the people, who agree to obey.

Sacrifices are offered, and the covenant is sealed with blood.

Moses, Aaron, Nadab, Abihu, and seventy elders ascend and behold God’s glory.

Moses goes further up Mount Sinai, remaining forty days and nights, to receive the law and the pattern for worship.
Exodus 25 – Instructions for the Tabernacle
